基于LabVIEW的解耦控制系统

摘要 解偶控制系统由温度变送器、A/D转换PC7484多功能接口板、单相交流调压模块TY-380D40P-220及PC和基于LabVIEW的人机界面构成。采样信号转换成数字信号后送入PC,经对角递归神经网络与PID控制器融合的控制算法处理获得数字式控制电压。再由D/A转换得到模拟控制电压,经全隔离信号调理模块,送往单相交流调压模块,可构成2×2或3×3等耦合系统。 The decoupling control system consist of temperature transducer, PC7484 multifunction interface board with A/D change, TY-380D40P-220 voltage regulating module for single-phase AC, PC and human-computer interface based on LabVIEW. Sampling signal was changed into digital signal to send it to PC, after amalgamated by diagonal recursive NN and PID controller, digital control voltage was obtained through control arithmetic processing. Simulation control voltage was obtained by A/D change, the voltage was sent to TY-380D40P-220 via signal regulating module, and the coupling control system (2×2 or 3×3) can be formed.
