摘要
采用溶胶 凝胶 浸渍法制备了CeO2 /TiO2 二元复合纳米光催化剂 ,用XRD、FTIR等对其进行了表征。以紫外灯为光源 ,直接耐晒兰 (DFB)的脱色为模型反应 ,研究了CeO2 /TiO2 的光催化活性。结果表明 :掺杂摩尔百分比x(CeO2 ) =1 4 4 %、6 0 0℃煅烧 2h时 ,该催化剂的催化活性最高 ,比纯TiO2 高近 1倍。DFB脱色的最佳条件为 :pH9 0~ 10 0 ,投加量 2 0 0mg/ 5 0mL ,空气流量 2 0 0mL/min。
CeO_2/TiO_2 coupled photocatalyst nanopowder was prepared via sol-gel-immersion process,and the physical chemistry properties of CeO_2/TiO_2 were characterized with XRD and FTIR technology.Being a model reaction,the photocatalytic decolorization of direct fast blue(DFB)in CeO_2/TiO_2 powder suspension was investigated.The addition of CeO_2 to TiO_2 greatly enhanced its photocatalytic behavior.It was found that the photocatalytic activity of CeO_2/TiO_2 with mole fraction x(CeO_2)=1.44%,calcined at 600℃ for 2h,is higher than that of pure TiO_2 powder.Under the experimental conditions of pH 9.0~10.0,the concentration of CeO_2/TiO_2 in simple solution 200mg/50mL,200mL/min air flow,the optimum decolorization of DFB could be obtained at room temperature.
