摘要
在pH5的醋酸盐缓冲底液中,可获得灵敏的铟(Ⅲ)—檞皮素的络合吸附波。铟浓度由1.O×10^(-9)—1.0×10^(-6)mol/L与其二阶导数波峰高有正比关系,检出限为5.0×10^(-10)mol/L,用于测定了试剂硫酸锌中的痕量铟,测得电活性络合物的组成为:In(Ⅲ):檞皮素=1:2,还讨论了络合物在汞电极上的吸附行为。
In 0.lmol/L acetate buffer solution,at pH 5,a sensitive adsorptive complex wave of in (Ⅲ)-quercetin can be obtained by using single-sweep polarograpby. The detection limit is down to 5,0×10^(10)mol/L. It was used to detetmine trace indium in zinc salt. The composition of the complex wastin=1:2.The conditonai stability constant was determined as β=6.4×10~8.
