摘要
在物流发展的经济价值越来越得到关注的背景下,从组织演进这一角度研究和考察迄今为止的物流实践与组织演进,可以看出物流的发展经历了产生、推广、战略化、信息化四个阶段,组织演进也呈现一定的路径依赖,即从分散管理、功能集成到内部一体化、过程一体化。可以看出物流发展的阶段与物流组织结构演进的各阶段之间,有着明显的规律。信息技术、利润等关键因素导致了二者的对应关系。
In the context of attaching more and more importance to the economic value of logistics development, studies and inspection of hitherto logistics practice from the perspective of organizational evolution can help people to witness the four development stages of appearance, popularization, strategic process and information process and the route of the organizational evolution, ie, going from dispersed management, functional integration, internal agglomeration to process agglomeration and they can also help people ascertain the common law at the different stages of logistics development and the various stages of its organizational evolution. Such key elements as the information technology and profit result in the corresponding relations between the two.
