摘要
我国政府职能正在向“服务型”转变,道德建设方式随之转变:道德权力由集中转向分散;道德话语由政府向消极受众的单向传递,转向道德多元背景下的道德平等对话;政治化的意识形态教育转向精神文化的创新和传播。但是,主流道德建设需要主流精神文化的支撑,精神文化的生产与传播,必须具备伦理关怀。
The government function in China is going towards a “service type', and accordingly, the ways of morality construction have changed. The indication is that the right of morality is changing from centralization to dispersion; morality discourse is transferred from the government to the passive audiences. In the orientation of a dialogue of equality in the context of moral plurality and that the politicalized ideological education is turning into innovation and dissemination of ethical and ideological culture. Nevertheless, the mainstream morality construction needs the support of the mainstream ethical and ideological culture, whose production and dissemination must be provided with ethical concern.
