摘要
城市社区自治是目前全国普遍开展的城市社区建设中的一项重要内容。本文对社区自治的内涵、社区自治对以居委员形式存在的城市基层民主的创新,以及这些创新对于社区建设,社会主义民主的推进的重要意义进行了探讨。
Autonomy of urban community is an important content of community contruction currently practiced throughout the whole country. The paper probes into the inherent meaning of community self-government, and also it makes a research into the innovation of the democracy of residential committee and the significance that such innovativeness has on community construction and on the promotion of socialist democracy.
