摘要
本文提出从副反应系数α_(M(L))计算配体浓度的新方法。用给定的lg~α_(M(L))依次减去络合物逐级常数之差(lgK_i-lgK_(i-1))与其系数i的乘积i(lgK_j-lgK_(j+1)),直至所余之数小于将要减去的下项j(lgK_i-lgK_(i+1))。用PL取代lgKj-1,再与所余之数建立等式,即:余数=j(lgK_j—PL),从而可求出PL值。但当lg~α_(M(L))≤1时,应使用PL=lgK_1-lg(α_(M(L))-1)计算PL。
A new method for calculating concentration of ligand (L) from side -reaction coefficient f33M(L)in complex reaction has been presented. When lgαM(L) is lager enough, lgαM(L) = (lgK1- lgK2) + 2(lgX2 - lgK3) +…+i(lgKi-lgKi+1)+…+n(lgKn - PL),the PL can be solved easily . If lgαM(L)>1 ,but is not lager e-nough for the addition of all the constant terms on right side,i(lgKi-lg/Ci+1)is subtracted from IgαM(L) in order of sizeof i, until the reminder is less than the next subtracting term j(lgKj - lgKj+1).
