摘要
加强和改进高职学生党建工作,必须以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,坚持与时俱进,开拓创新。要全面地、辩证地分析高职学生,从培养一代新人、实施人才强国的战略高度,做好加快步伐和保证质量二者在动态中的统一;要根据高职发展的规律和特点进行制度创新,明确发展目标,规范发展机制,建立发展党员全程教育制度,以及多层次、多渠道的培养体制;要适应青年学生的特点,进行工作方式、方法的创新。
To strengthen and improve students'party construction work in high professional colleges should be guided by the important thought of'Three Representations',insisting on developing with the time,pioneering and innovating.We should analyze the students in high professional colleges totally and dialectically,unite quickening pace and guaranteeing quality dynamically.We should carry out systemat-ic innovation according to the rules and characteristics of high professional college,clarify development goals,standardize development mechanic,establish the whole education system of admitting Party mem-bers as well as multi-level and multi-channel training system.The innovation of working style and method should be adapted to the characteristics of young students.
