热休克蛋白在眼晶状体的表达与热耐受 被引量:6

摘要 有机体在经受热应激及其它应激如缺血、缺氧、重金属等作用之后,细胞产生多种变化,最终影响蛋白质的结构和功能,并诱导生成热休克蛋白,启动内源性保护机制。热休克蛋白作为一种分子伴侣,具有维持细胞自身稳定的防御机制,修复或降解损伤的蛋白质。本文就热休克蛋白的生物学特点、在眼晶状体的表达及其独特的热耐受作一综述。
