摘要
目的 研究氚标记胸腺嘧啶核苷 (3 H TdR)内污染致单个细胞核吸收剂量。方法 采用3 H TdR小鼠尾静脉注入和液闪测定的方法 ,研究注入3 H TdR后其在体内血液、胸腺、脾脏淋巴细胞核及骨髓细胞核中的动态掺入过程。经过统计学回归分析和微机选择合适模型拟合符合各自掺入规律的公式。通过对其进行积分计算 ,估算出3 H TdR内污染后不同时间段单个细胞核平均所受到的累积活度 (Bq·h) ,从而计算出单个细胞核的平均吸收剂量 (cGy)和吸收剂量的转换因子 (Gy·Bq-1·g)。结果 掺入公式分别为 :血液A (t) =93.2 4 2 31e-0 .0 3 662t-93.2 4 2 31e-0 .0 62 2 6t(r =0 .96 2 6 ) ,胸腺A(t) =10 5 .6 6 96e-0 .0 2 3 19t- 10 5 .6 6 96e-0 .0 3 662 (r =0 .90 5 4 ) ,脾脏A (t) =16 0 .1895e-0 .0 42 12t(r =0 .985 2 ) ,骨髓A(t) =2 32 .7833e-0 .0 4151t(r =0 .96 0 9)。在 12 0h后 ,单个细胞核的平均吸收剂量分别为血液 2 .37cGy ,胸腺 3.31cGy ,脾脏 6 .95cGy ,骨髓 5 .95cGy。 结论 3 H TdR内污染致单个细胞核吸收剂量随时间的延长而增加 ,且增加速率逐渐变缓。
Objective To study the average absorbed dose in a cell nucleus due to internal contamination of 3H-labled thymidine. Methods 3H-TdR was injected into the tail vein of mouse and the activity was detected by liquid scintillation counter,studying the process of dynamic incorporation in the lymphocytic cell nucleus of blood,thymus,spleen and the karyote nucleus of femur after incorporation of 3H-labled thymidine. The formulae of incorporation pattern were respectivly described by statistical regression analysis and appropriate model selected by a computer. The averge accumulative activity at a nucleus at different time after internal contaminating of 3H-labled thymidine was calculated by calculus according to the preceding formulae, consequently the average absorbed dose (cGy) in a cell nucleus and the change-factor of absorbed dose (Gy·Bq -1·g) were obtained. Results The formulae of incorporation pattern were described as follows:blood A(t)=93.24231e -0.03662t - 93.24231e -0.06226t (r=0.9626),thymus A(t)=105.6696e -0.02319t -105.6696e -0.03662t (r=0.9054),spleen A(t)=160.1895e -0.04212t (r=0.9852),femur A(t)=232.7833e -0.04151t (r=0.9609). After 120 hours, the average absorbed dose in a cell nucleus were: blood 2.37 cGy, thymus 3.31 cGy, spleen 6.95 cGy, femur 5.95 cGy. Conclusion The results suggest that the averge accumulative activity in a nucleus increases gradually but the rate of increasion decreases.
