本文论述了创建一流民族院校的科学性与建设途径,提出了包括院校的硬件和软件建设、教学业务、学籍管理等系统工程升级换代的设想。
This article discusses scientificalness and the ways to build up a first class nationalities university, putting forth some tentative ideas on improving such factors as facilities, teaching, administrative management. etc. in the construction of a first class university.
