摘要
试验研究一种新型水泥基合成模型冰的物理和力学性质,分别测取了7种水泥含量、8种养生时间试件的物理和力学参数,包括密度、压缩强度、弯曲强度和弹性模量,以分析水泥含量和养生时间对这种模型冰物理和力学指标的影响。试验结果发现模型冰密度等其他力学指标均随水泥含量增加呈指数增加;而随室温养生时间增加,模型冰的物理和力学指标约在140h处达到一峰值,然后下降。由试验结果获得的模型冰物理和力学指标等值图,可作为选择模型冰指标的基础。
A new kind of synthetic ice made from cement for model test is developed. The physical and mechanical parameters including density, flexural strength, elastic modulus and compressive strength of this kind of ice with different cement contents and different curing durations are tested.The test result shows that the density and all mechanical parameters are exponentially increase with the increase of cement content. The parameters also increase with the increase of curing duration at first but tend to decrease after the peak values emerged at 140h. The isograms of the parameters help to find out the cement content and curing duration for the suitable synthetic ice according the requirement of the model test.
