摘要
目的 :观察降纤酶对大鼠缺血再灌注脑梗死体积的影响。方法 :采用大鼠脑缺血再灌注动物模型 ,观察大鼠脑缺血 3h ,再灌注 3h、6h、2 4h及脑缺血 6h ,再灌注 3h、6h、2 4h降纤酶对大鼠脑缺血再灌注脑梗死体积的影响。各组均设生理盐水对照组。结果 :与生理盐水组比较 ,降纤酶组在缺血 3h再灌注 6h、2 4h ,脑梗死体积比减小(P <0 .0 5 ) ,在缺血 3h再灌注 3h和缺血 6h再灌注 3h、6h、2 4h ,脑梗死体积比与生理盐水组比较无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :在缺血 3h时间窗内 ,降纤酶能够减小缺血再灌注后大鼠脑梗死体积 。
Aim: To observe the influence of defibrase on the cerebral infaction volume of brain ischemia reperfusion in rats. Methods: Using the model of rat ischemra reperfusion, the influence of the cerebral infaction volume at various time points after defibrase treatment were observed. Results: The infaction volume significantly decreaced in fibrinolytic groups when reperfusing 6 h and 24 h after ischemra 3 h compared with the saline control group.While there was no significant difference between the defibrase groups and the saline control group when reperfusion 3 h after ischemra 3 h and reperfusion 3 h,6 h and 24 h after ischemia 6 h . Conclusion: The defibrase can decreace the cerebral ischemra volume, expend therapeutic window of brain infarction and have protective effect on the brain tissue.
