摘要
为提高碾压混凝土施工中的切缝速度和质量,研制和开发出能同时完成碾压混凝土快速连续造缝和隔离材料填充的专用造缝机.其造缝原理采用基于碾压混凝土塑性变形的嵌入式振动切缝,从而改善了成缝质量.采用PLC智能化控制和模块化设计,主动模块通过液压油接口为工作模块(即造缝模块)提供动力源.该专用造缝机研制成功,将在大坝仓面碾压混凝土施工中发挥重要的作用.
In order to increase the joint,forming speed and improve the joint quality in the roller compacted concrete (RCC) dam, the special joint,forming machine is designed, which can finish both forming joint and filling stuff at the same time. The vibration cutter is embedded to form joint based on the plastic effect of RCC. The machine uses the PLC control system and the modularization design. Its driving module powers the working module of joint,forming by a oil interface. The designed machine is tested successfully and will play an important role in the RCC construction.
