摘要
我国南水北调东线山东段、山东胶东调水等工程的相继开工建设,为山东省当地水、黄河水和长江水联合运用提供了难得的契机.结合跨流域调水工程,就山东省现代化水网建设及利用该系统进行水资源优化配置加以研究.在确定出水资源系统网络概化图的基础上,建立了山东省水资源供需平衡计算机模拟模型,按照现状年、2010年和2030年共3个水平年不同调水方案下的6个方案进行了模拟计算,为新时期山东省水资源开发利用决策提供了科学依据.
The Eastern Route's Shangdong District and the Shangdong to Jiaodong Water Transfer District, incorporated into the South to North Water Transfer Project in China, have successively been under construction now. This will offer the Shangdong Province a good opportunity for combined utilization of water from the Yangtze River, Yellow River and local rivers. The modern water network construction and water resources allocation in Shangdong based on this water transfer project is researched in this article. The scheme of water resources network has permitted to create a computerized simulation model of water resources balance for Shangdong Province. Simulation calculation was carried out for 6 solutions of the 3 water transfer alternatives, scheduled for the present year, 2010 and 2030 to provide a scientific basis for the decision making of water resource utilization in Shangdong Province.
