喉癌中尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂的表达与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系 被引量：2

摘要 尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(urokinase-type plasminogen activator,uPA)和它的细胞表面特异受体(urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor,uPAR)相结合,提高细胞表面范围纤溶酶的活动,在肿瘤侵袭和转移过程中起着关键作用,Ⅰ型纤溶酶原激活剂抑制剂(plasminogen activator inhibitor type-1,PAI-1)是uPA的主要抑制剂,调节uPA的活动[1].本实验应用免疫组织化学染色方法分析uPA系统各成分在声门上型喉癌组织中的表达和分布.
