摘要 用XRD,TEM及SEM测试了稀土基AB5型贮氢合金Mm(NiMnSiAlCu)4.3Co0.6-xFex(x=0~0.4) The microstructure of Mm(NiMnSiAlCu)_(4.3)Co_(0.6-x)Fe_x(x=0~0.4) electrode alloys were tested by XRD,TEM and SEM and the electrochemical performances of the experimental alloys were measured in detail.The research results show that the microstructure of as-cast alloys is composed of CaCu_5-type main phase and a small amount of Ce_2Ni_7-type secondary phase.The abundance of the secondary phase decreases with the increase of quenching rate.The capacities of as-cast alloys decrease and their cycle stabilities increase with the increase of Fe content.However,when Fe content is larger than 0.2,the capacities of the as-quenched alloys are markedly decrease and their cycle lives are dramatically enhanced.The main reason of leading to this result is that,for the addition of Fe changes the microstructures of the alloys.
