肾囊肿囊壁肾癌6例报告 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨肾囊肿内肾癌的诊断治疗。方法:对107例肾囊肿患者6例囊肿囊壁肾癌患者的资料进行分析。结果:6例患者中术前诊断囊性肾癌者4例,术中发现1例,术后病理回报1例。结论:单纯性肾囊肿去顶手术中应注意检查囊壁及囊液,对囊壁增厚,有黄色组织者,应在病理检查时注明,避免漏诊。
