深基坑土钉墙支护在工程中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对商业银行综合楼基坑支护设计和边坡稳定性计算、施工控制要点及动态监测的详细说明,较系统地介绍了土钉墙支护设计的计算方法和土钉墙的结构构造、监测方法.其监测结果的数据为信息化设计、施工提供了依据.同时,土钉墙支护技术在传统做法的基础上,结合本地区的地质特点又有新的创新,即采用砌筑120mm厚和240mm厚的普通黏土砖护坡墙面,在墙体适当位置增设圈梁和构造柱,增加护坡墙的整体稳定性,使护坡墙的变形能力提高,有利于基坑的监测.该工程实例说明土钉墙支护具有造价低、工期短、施工简单的优势,成为基坑支护方案的首选. Through calculation of foundation pit’s supporting protection design of the commercial bank’s synthetic building,the detailed explanations of slope stability’s calculation,important construction control points and developing monitor,the paper systematically introduced the calculation method of nail wall supporting protection design,nail wall’s structure framing and monitoring method.The monitoring result offered the basis for information design and constrution.At the same time,on the traditional basis,the technology of nail wall supporting protection not only considered the characteristic of local geology,but also had new innovation.The example of 8.5 meter depth foundation pit construction of Yinchuan commercical bank’s synthetic building elucidated that the nail wall supporting protection had the advantages of low cost,short construction period,and simple practice etc.It can be the best choice for cases of foundation pit’s supporting protection.
