摘要
目前高等学校图书馆员的素质现状难以适应,因而进修培训十分必要。因此制定相关政策和规划,采 取切实措施推进高等学校图书馆员队伍建设,已成当务之急。
At present, the qualities of librarians in universities and colleges can not meet the needs in the development to the libraries, and the training for these staff is indispensable. Accordingly, corresponding policies, plans and effective measures are of top priority in improving the library staff in universities and colleges.
