摘要
光生物素标记重组质粒DNA(c51A)探针检测牛巴贝斯虫研究的初步试验结果表明,能特异地检出感染牛血中的巴贝斯虫,灵敏度为10pg质粒DNA,相当于约150个感染红细胞的虫体DNA。
Preliminary experiment results showed that photo-biotin-labelled C 51A probe could specifically detect Babesia bovis in infected blood with sensitivity of 10 pg plasmid DNA, equavalent to 150 organism DNA of infected erythrocyte.
