摘要
介绍了一种生产优质低凝柴油的新技术———RICH 临氢降凝组合工艺。该工艺较之目前工业装置应用的加氢精制 临氢降凝组合工艺 ,有明显的优越性 ,可加工催化裂化柴油、直馏柴油、轻蜡油或其混合油。当加工催化裂化柴油与轻蜡油 9∶1的混合油时 ,与原工艺相比 ,可提高低凝柴油收率 4 .39个百分点 ,提高石脑油馏分的芳烃潜含量 12个百分点 ,柴油馏分的十六烷值提高2 .2个单位。
A new technology for producing high quality low freezing point diesel, RICH-hydrodewaxing combined process, is introduced. The new process can process LCO, straight-run diesel and LVGO or their mixture, which is obviously better than the present used hydrotreating-hydrodewaxing combined process. The yield of low freezing point diesel, aromatics content of naphtha and cetane number of the diesel produced from the former were increased by 4.39 percentages, 12 percentages and 2.2 units respectively in comparison with the latter while processing the mixture of LCO and light VGO at a ratio of 9∶1.
