摘要
针对数控加工过程,开发了一套实时3维仿真系统,提出了仿真系统的总体框架,建立了数控加工的虚拟环境,详细阐述了系统的层次化建模、开放式数据管理及干涉碰撞检验方法等关键技术。最后给出了一个以FANUC机床为模型的实时3维仿真系统的实例。
According to NC manufacturing process, a suit of Real-time 3D simulation system isexploited. The whole frame of this simulation system is put forward. And the virtual envi-ronment of NC manufacturing is set up. Its key technique is expatiated, that is hierarchicalmodeling, open data management and detection of collision and interference etc. In theend, one instance of the real-time 3D simulation system whose model is FANUC machinetool is presented.
