摘要
分析传统数控设备故障诊断系统所存在的问题,将ARM嵌入式系统引入传统数控设备故障诊断领域,开发设计出一个集数据采集,信号处理,故障诊断和网路通讯等功能于一体的在线故障诊断仪,从而提高了现场诊断的能力,简化了传统诊断系统的结构,改善了系统的稳定性。
An online fault diagnosis machine is structured after analyzing the problem in the tradi-tional fault diagnosis system for the NC machine. This machine applies embedded-systembased on ARM in the field of fault diagnosis for the NC machine and has the functions ofsynchronizing acquisition, signal processing, fault diagnosis, network communication andso on. Consequently the diagnosis ability is improved; the structure of the traditional diag-nosis system is simplified; the stability of the system is enhanced.
