摘要
为解决轴列称组合模具的接触强度分析,本文根据接触状态下的有限元基本方程以及通过对接触条件的分析得到的仅与接触点有关的定解方程编制了轴对称组合模具有限元分析程序.以钢球成形模为算例,对其进行了接触强度分析,得到了不同过盈尺寸的应力分布,同时给出更为合理的过盈尺寸.
In order to solve the contact strength analysis of the axial symmetric mould, a FEM analysis program is compiled in this paper. The program is worked out according to the basic equations of FEM under the contact condition and the fix solution equations which is only related to the contact points. A practical mould of a bearing ball is computed as a example. The stress distribution under different tolerances is abtained,and a satisfied tolerance size is given.
