黄芪的染色体核型国内一直未见报道 ,通过对其中期染色体形态的研究 ,得知其核型为 2 n=2 0 M+2 T=2
There have never any reports on the nucleus type of the Radix astragali. This paper,through investigating the patterns of the chromosome of the Radix astragali ,finds out the number of its nucleus type is 2n=20M+2T=22.
