摘要
大豆胞囊线虫(Heteroderaglycines)病是给世界大豆生产造成严重损失的重要病害之一,发现和利用新的抗线虫基因并转到丰产品种中可以有效地控制这种病害。SSR标记为分子辅助选育抗胞囊线虫的新品种和抗性鉴定提供了新的思路。阐述了SSR的原理和方法,概括介绍了其在大豆抗胞囊线虫研究中的应用。
The soybean cyst nematode (Heterodera glycines, SCN) is an important pest on soybean cropping in the world. It is one of the best ways to control this disease that the new resistant genes were discovered and transferred them into the high yield soybean varieties. SSR markers can be as a new method to help us to select new resistant soybean varieties to SCN. The principal and method of SSR marker were introduced in this paper. It was also discussed about the developments on resistant soybean to SCN by SSR marker method.
