摘要
采用双层异压石英管技术成功地对两种Fe-Mn-Al系三元扩散偶进行了1300℃平衡扩散处理;并利用扩散偶-电子探针法测得相平衡成分,获得了该系1200℃下α/γ和1300℃下α/γ,α/L的相平衡关系和相应的相图等温截面。实测数据支持相应截面的热力学计算结果,并为进一步改进热力学计算提供了依据。
A technique with double-layer differential pressure quartz tube was applied successfully to the diffusion treatment for ternary diffusion couples in the Fe-Mn-Al system at 1300℃. The phase equilibrium compositions were determined by means of diffusion couple-EPMA,and phase equilibria of α/γ at 1200℃ and α/γ .a/L at 1300℃ are obtained and relevant isothermal sections on the Fe-Mn side are constructed. Measuring results not only support the calculated ones but are available to the improvement of thermodynamic calculation.
