摘要
在连铸结晶器内对钢水流动状态进行制动的模拟装置上,利用测逮传感器测定了有、无恒稳磁场作用下液态金属的运动速度,并根据电磁流体力学理论,利用数值分析方法对制动前后的液态金属运动速度二维求解。
The velocity of liquid metal flow within and without stationary magnetic field were measured by means of a velocity sensor in an experimental set-up simulating the brakeage of liquid steel flow in moulds for continuous casting process. Based on the theory of electromagnetic hydromechanics, a 2-dimensional solution to the velocity of liquid metal flow before and after brakeage was obtained through numerical analysis.
