摘要
通过对动态再结晶物理过程的分析,利用耗散结构理论,建立了发生动态再结晶的临界判据。提出了不均匀塑性变形和回复是动态和静态再结晶发生的两个必要条件。利用热加工模拟试验机对14MnNb钢的动态再结晶行为进行了实验研究,得到的实验结果和理论计算结果符合较好。
The process of dynamic recrystallization was investigated in a physical view. A criterion for dynamic re-crystallization occurring in hot working was found on the basis of structure dissipation theory,i. e. non-homogeneously plastic deformation and recovery are regarded as the two necessary conditions for both dynamic and static recrystalliza-tions. Steel 14MnNb was thus tested thermo-mechanically on a simulation machine for study on dynamic recrystallization behavior,and the experimental showed good conformity with theoretical calculation.
