一种全纤维外热式中温盐浴电阻炉的设计与制造

摘要 本文所介绍的一种外热式全纤维中温盐浴电阻炉成功地解决了全纤维软毡炉衬的结构强度和电热元件不易固定的问题。该炉升温快、耗电少、生产率高;与同型号的砖砌炉相比,可节电35%以上;并具有体积小、重量轻、便于施工和维修等优点。 The externally-heated fibrous moderate temperature electric salt furnace is introduced in this paper. The problems of lower structural strength of fibrous felt furnace lining and the uneasiness in fixing electric elements of heating are successfully solved. The furnace presents faster elevating of temperature and lower power consumption(power eared more than 35%) and higher efficiency as compared with brick built furnace of same model. In addition, the advantages of the smaller size, ligther weight and the convenience to construct and fix the furnace are presented.
