摘要
目的探讨囊肿-腹腔分流术治疗颅内蛛网膜囊肿的效果。方法对43例颅内表浅部位的蛛网膜囊肿行囊肿-腹腔分流术。结果所有病例术后得到6～9个月的随访,囊肿消失16例,缩小22例,变化不明显5例。总有效率为88.4%。结论囊肿-腹腔分流术具有简单、安全、有效及并发症少等特点。
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of cystoperitoneal shunting on intracranial arachnoidal cyst. Methods: 43 cases with arachnoidal cyst were operated on with cystoperitoneal shunting. Results: all the cases were followed up for 6～9 months. The cystic cavity disappeared in 16 cases, shrank significantly in 22 cases. The total clinical effective rate after shunting was 88.4%. Conclusion: The cystoperitoneal shunting is simple, safe, effective and has less complications.
