摘要
美国是拥有基金会最多的国家。本文通过对美国基金会中最重要的一种类型即公司基金会的管理运作及美国联邦政府对基金会政策变迁的研究,提出我国应借鉴美国公司基金会的一些管理方法,进一步加强我国基金会发展的政策导向和基金会的运作管理,以促进我国基金会和慈善事业的发展,从而推动社会进步。
America has the most foundations in the world. Through researches on the nature, operation, management and relationship with the society of American company-sponsored foundations, the most important type, this paper suggests China should draw on the experience of American foundations and further strengthen governmental policy orientation, foundation operation and management, so as to improve foundations and philanthropic industry of China and accelerate the development of the society.
