摘要
目的 探讨超声对眼部疾病的诊断价值。方法 应用高频彩色多普勒超声对 2 92例 4 5 6只患眼的超声检查结果与手术或临床最终诊断进行对照。结果 本组病例眼部疾病诊断符合率为 97%。结论 高频彩色多普勒超声对眼部疾病有较高的诊断价值 。
Objective To evaluate the value of Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ocular diseases.Methods The images of 292 cases with 456 involved eyes on ultrasonograms were compared with clinical diagnosis,using high resolution color Doppler ultrasonography (CDU).Results In comparison of the ultrasonography and clinical diagnosis,their coincidence rate was 97%.Conclusions High resolution CDU is highly valuable in the diagnosis of ocular diseases,and can reliable provide diagnostic basis for ocular clinical practice.
