摘要
目的 观察哮喘患者吸入高渗盐水诱导痰的不良反应 ,评价其安全性。方法 预防性吸入喘乐宁气雾剂 10min后 ,吸入 4%高渗盐水诱导痰。观察 41例中重度缓解期哮喘患者诱导痰前后呼气峰流速 (Peakexpiratoryflow ,PEF)、心率 (Heartrate ,HR)、呼吸频率 (Respiratoryrate ,RR)的改变以及出现的不适反应。结果 诱导痰前后PEF、HR、RR均无显著变化 (P >0 0 5 )。有 1例患者气道出现过度收缩 ,发生率为 2 44 %( 1 41)。有 43 9%患者出现恶心呕吐、咽干咽痛、头昏头痛、胸闷气紧等不适 ,但不良反应轻 ,均能耐受。结论 对于哮喘缓解期患者 ,预防性吸入喘乐宁气雾剂后 。
Objective To observe the side effects of inhalation of hyperosmotic saline on sputum induction in asthmatic patients and to evaluate its safety. Methods Asthmatic patients inhaled 4% hyperosmotic saline for sputum induction at 10 minutes after inhalation of 200μg salbutamol. Changes of peak expiratory flow (PEF), heart rate (HR), and respiratory rate (RR) and the side effects in 41 cases in the moderate and severe remission stages after sputum induction were observed. Results No significant difference in PEF, HR, and RR after sputum induction was found ( P >0 05). Excessive bronchoconstriction occurred in one patient (1/41, 2.44%). Nausea and vomiting, pharyngeal dryness and pharyngalgia, dizziness and headache, discomfort of chest, and so on were found in other 43 9% patients, but the side effects were mild and endurable. Conclusion Sputum induction after inhalation of short acting β 2 agonist is safe for asthmatic patients in the remission stage.
