摘要
目的应用自体血液回收机回收术中失血。方法运用国产自体血液回收机,实施术中自体血回收187例。结果本组94%的病例顺利完成术中自体血回收回输,生命体征平稳,无输血反应,无感染等并发症。自体血回收量平均为562ml。结论术中自体血液回收后回输安全可靠,效果良好,既解决了血源短缺问题,又可避免输异体血而引起感染传染病的可能性。
Objective To study the efficiency of ZITI 2000 blood collector upon collecting of the lost blood during operations. Method The ZITI 2000 blood collector made in China was used to collect the lost blood during operations. 187 cases were evaluated(108 male, 79 female 79, aged 11 85). Result The average volume of collected lost blood was 562ml.94%patients got through the operations smoothly and got no adverse reactions during blood transfusion and no infection after operations.Conclusion Collecting the lost blood during operation with ZITI 2000 blood collector is safe and effective. This can solve the problem of shortage of blood supply and reduce the incident of infection.
