摘要
本文研究的多重网格法,可用于区域形状任意和有“内电极”的实际电子光学系统轴对称电场的电位计算。其计算精度和效率均优于传统的有限差分法,故可广泛应用于分析设计静电聚焦像管的电子光学系统及摄像管电子枪的发射系统等。
The present paper describes a multigrid method which is used to calculate the electrostatic potential distributions for the rotational symmetrical electron-optical systems that have internal electrodes and different boundaries.It appears that the computational efficiency and accuracy of the multigrid method are better than finite difference method.This method can be applied to design and analyze the electrostatic field for image tubes and camera tubes with electrostatic focusing.
