摘要
目的 评价高度近视患者的白内障手术疗效及影响效果的相关因素。方法 对 2 6 5例 (2 6 5只眼 )高度近视患者施行白内障超声乳化摘除术及现代囊外摘除术 ,并植入后房型人工晶状体。部分在 +4D以下的患者未植入人工晶状体。结果 0 .0 5≤术后视力 <0 .3者占 37% ,≥ 0 .3者占 19% ,≥ 0 .5者占 34%。结论 高度近视患者白内障术后 90 %者可以脱残 ,5 3%的患者可以脱盲 ,手术后效果与年龄。
Objective To evaluate the surgical effect and related factors of cataract with high myopia patients.Methosd 265 cases (265 eyes) were performed with cataract phacoemulsification and extracapsular extraction,and intraocular lens implantation.Some paitents under +0.4 diopters did not implant the intraocular lens.Results The postoperative visual acuity of better than 0.05 and less than 0.3 was reported in 37% patients,19% pateitns were better than 0.3,34% patients were better than 0.5.Conclusion 90% patients were rid of disability after cataract surgery in high myopia.53% patients were rid of blindness.The postoperative effect was negative related with age and axial length.
