摘要
建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定盐酸奈福泮及其注射液的有关物质。采用ODSC18色谱柱,流动相为0.01mol/L庚烷磺酸钠溶液(用1.0%磷酸调至pH3.5)-乙腈(65∶35),流速1.0ml/min,检测波长210nm。盐酸奈福泮的检测限为0.26ng。
A RP-HPLC method for determination of related substances of nefopam hydrochloride and its injectionwas established. An ODS C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.01 mol/L heptane sodium sulfonate solution(adjusted pH to 3.5 with 1.0% phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile (65∶35), at the detection wavelength of 210nm. The flowrate was 1.0ml/min. The detection limit of nefopam hydrochloride was 0.26ng.
