摘要
本文运用著作权法理论,辩证地分析了著作权保护制度对信息资源建设的影响,认为著作权保护制度 对信息资源建设有着正、负两个方面的影响,而正面的影响是主要的。
In this paper, based on the theory of copyright protection, the influences of the copyright protection system on information sources construction were discussed in different hands. These influences involved both positive and negative ones, and the positive one dominated.
