摘要
金属注射成形是一种新型的金属零部件成形技术 ,而粘结剂的选择与应用是其关键技术之一 ,在设计合成粘结剂主体聚合物的基础上 ,本文测定了主体聚合物的粘流温度、拟熔融指数、热分解及热失重性能 ,并估测了界面粘结性能 ,探讨了主体聚合物对粘结剂的保形性、流动性、脱脂性及粘结性的影响。
Metal injection molding (MIM) is a technology applied to manufacture metal parts, and the choosing and application of the binder is the key technology of metal injection molding. On the basis of design and synthesis of binder, the fluid temperature, imitating quasi-melt index, heat decomposing and heat weightless properties were measured. And the binding properties were estimated. So the relationship between the main polymers and the properties of binder such as shape retention, fluidity, debinding and adhesivity were studied.
