摘要
类蛋白反应 ,又称酶水解反应的逆反应 ,可提供高分子量的类似蛋白质的物质 ,并可通过肽键结合方式来补充原蛋白质中的必需氨基酸。尽管类蛋白反应早在 10 0年前就有描述 ,但其机理目前尚不十分清楚。本文主要讨论了此反应的应用 ,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
The plastein reaction, a reversal of enzymatic proteolysis, was applied to prepare a higher-molecular, protein-like substance in which the amino acids supplemented were held in a state of peptide bonding. Although the reaction was described 100 years ago, the reaction mechanism was still relatively unkown. Its application development prospects were discussed.
