摘要
软件技术专业人才总量缺乏、人才质量不适应市场需要是制约我国软件产业发展的瓶颈之一。我们既要加快人才培养,更重要的是改革落后的人才培养模式,探索如何将知识技能有效地传授给学生的先进教学模式和管理方法。
The factors hindering the development of software industry in our county are that the society iswanting in technical professionals and the quality of the staff cannot meet the needs of the market. Besideslocking talents in software technology, that the quality of the talents can meet the need of the society isalso the obstacle that prevents the development of the software industry in China. It is important tostrengthen the training of the talents and to reform the backward teaching pattern. This paper also ex-plores the advanced teaching pattern and managing methods of how to pass on the knowledge and skills tothe students.
