摘要
新世纪我国高等教育面临新的发展环境，就学生教育管理而言，树立以人为本的管理理念和科学发展观显得尤为重要。本文试通过分析当前民办高校学生教育管理工作的特点，从而提出人本管理的思想、自律制度、思维和运作方式。
In the new century, China's Tertiary Education is facing a new development environment. So far as the students' administration is concerned, it is particularly important to raise the human-priority concept and hold a scientific development-oriented view. This paper, through analyzing the features of student education administration present in non-governmental universities, proposes to administrate student education with the concept of human-priority, self-discipline mechanism, and creative thinking methodology and actual operation.
