摘要
本文分析了基层电大在教学改革中存在的问题,提出了相应的整改措施。强调在计算机网络技术的背景下,基层电大教师教育观念和教学技能更新的必要性。并对基层电大的教学模式改革和发展做了一些初步探讨。
the article analysises the problems and shows relevant solutions to the problems which appear during the teaching reform processes in local TVU. Under the background of computer net technology, the author places his emphasis on the necessity for TVU teachers to change their educational view and teaching skills . He also does some preliminary in this field.
