摘要 提出了一种基于CAN总线、以Ti公司的DSP为核心,与微机系统组成的分布式智能无功补偿系统,达到实时监控目标。该系统采用在线检测、实时监控设计方法,将数据采集、数据处理、投切操作由智能控制单元完成,并将实时数据利用CAN总线集中发送给微机系统,实现实时数据保存、实时监控、历史数据查询和打印等功能。此外,智能控制单元采用过零触发方式开通晶闸管,并应用先进的晶闸管和接触器并联的机电一体结构,较好地解决了单纯采用晶闸管结构而引起的通态损耗。 In this paper, the reactive power compensation system with the distributed structure was introduced. The system consists of the computer and intelligent control units which are based on DSP. The control units mainly involve the signal sampling, data preprocessing and operation of switching capacitors, and sending the useful information to the computer at intervals through the CAN bus. In this way, the functions of data saving, real time monitoring, and data querying can be realized conveniently on the computer terminal. Furthermore, the control units have zero crossing triggering circuit and adopt a novel structure of SCR in parallel with contactor to solve the problem of on-state power loss in SCR.
