摘要
通过对汽轮机组滑销系统进行的自润滑改造 ,使轴承箱与台板面之间摩擦力降低 ,表面抗腐蚀能力提高 ,有效地解决了汽轮发电机组传统的滑销系统经常出现膨胀不畅、胀差难以控制的问题。
The retrofit for selflubricating has been carried out on slide pin system of a steam turbine, making the frictional force between bearing box and surface of tableplate to be lowered, and anticorrosion capability of the surface to be enhanced, having effectively solved the problems occurred frequently as expansion impediment of traditional slidepin system for turbinegenerator set, and the differential expansion to be hardly controlled, playing an important role for safe and stable operation of the unit.
