摘要 试验研究了铜层厚度对LD30/Cu接触反应钎焊钎缝组织和性能的影响。结果表明:铜层过薄,共晶反应生成的液相量太少,未能填满缝隙,接头有空洞出现;铜层过厚,共晶反应生成的液相量太多,在钎缝区形成较多的Al-Cu化合物脆性相。这两者都会削弱钎缝的强度。因此,要得到理想的钎焊接头,必须合理调整铜层厚度及钎焊工艺参数。 The effect of Cu layer thickness on microstructures and mechanical properties of LD30contact reactive brazing were studied in this article.The results suggest that if Cu layer is too thin,the eutectic substance created from eutectic reaction is little,it can not fill the seam and the areas of joints are empty;if Cu layer is too thick,the eutectic substance is too much and there are many brittle Al-Cu compounds in the eutectic layer.These two kinds of joints are not ideal.So we must adjust the thickness of Cu layer and parameters in order to get ideal joints.
