摘要
针对目前主要基于文本和二维图形的网络化定制系统 ,为消除单纯文字描述的定制需求可能产生的误解 ,提出了基于虚拟现实和面向用户的家具远程三维实时定制系统方案 ,并对系统结构、三维模型的建立与优化、网络传输能力、系统集成等关键问题进行了研究。该系统利用VRML、Java和EAI等开放的技术与标准 ,采用浏览器 /服务器 /数据库三层网络结构 ,有助于提高远程定制系统的定制准确率和定制产品的客户满意度 ,进而提高企业的竞争力。
Aiming at the shortcomings of present network customization systems based mainly on text and 2D drawings,in order to avoid possible misunderstandings from simplex text descriptions for customizing needs,this paper proposed a VR-based and customer-oriented remote 3D real-time customization system for furniture,using open technologies and standards such as VRML,Java and EAI,and adopting three-tier network structure of Browser/Server/Database. The research focused on system architecture,the creation and optimization of 3D models,network transfer capability and system integration,etc.. This system will help to improve customizing accuracy and customer satisfactory degree,leading to a higher company competitive edge.
