摘要
阐述自然资源管理的内容以及参与式发展等概念和内容,进而讨论了对社区参与自然资源管理的重要性和方法,以水资源管理为例探讨了社区对水资源参与管理的模式,并进行了比较,在此基础上提出目前在广大农村社区为了有效利用和管理水资源应推广的参与模式。
The contents of the natural resources management and participating development conception are described. The importance and methods for the community to participate natural resources management are also discussed. A model is approached from the viewpoint of water resources management. The community participating model is proposed for effectively using and managing water resources in the countryside based on the comparison of results.
